Holistic Kinesiology promotes healing by stimulating your body’s own innate healing potential and identifies factors that are blocking your body’s natural healing process. I work with you and your body as a whole, including your emotional, structural, metaphysical and spiritual self, and I do the healing that is needed to bring your whole self into balance again.
The reason for dis-ease and pain always lies within you.
Our Inner Self is our true self or Essence. This aspect of our self is ageless and it evolves through our life experiences. Our Inner Self contains our unique gifts, talents, our natural wisdom and intuition, our curiosity and sense of wonder, our playfulness and spontaneity and our ability to love. Because of this unbroken part of each of us, complete healing can occur. Your healing is complete when you have fully retrieved and deeply know this aspect of yourself.
The end result of working with me is that you will Realise, Release and Radiate

Traditional Chinese Medicine, Five Element theory, Meridians and Acupoints
TCM is an ancient holistic medical system that takes a deep understanding of the laws and patterns of nature and applies them to the human body to restore balance.
At the heart of TCM is the tenet that the root cause of illnesses, not their symptoms, must be treated. It views every aspect of a person; mind, spirit and emotions as one complete circle rather than loosely connected pieces to be treated individually.
It is here we can talk about Qi, vital energy. It is considered to be the force that animates and informs all things. .
Chakra system
Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning ‘wheel’. Chakras are our energy centres. They are the openings for life energy to flow into and out of our aura. Their function is to vitalise the physical body and to bring about the development of our self-consciousness. They are associated with our physical, mental and emotional interactions.
Flower Essences
Flower Essences are dilute extracts of various types of flowers and plants that are used to treat various imbalances. They are similar to homeopathic remedies and are diluted and potentised to make them more effective than just using the original flower. The person who developed the original flower remedies believed that diseases of the body come about as a result of imbalances or negativity at the level of the soul. By correcting the problem here, healing would result and the body would heal on all levels. The flower remedies act to balance disharmonies in the emotional and spiritual body and bring about a gentle healing by bringing the body back in balance with itself. Bach, Australian Bush Flower and Alchemy Desert Flower Essences are used.
Homeopathy
Homeopathy is a system of medicine which is based on treating the individual with highly diluted substances given in tablet or liquid form which triggers the body’s natural system of healing. It works on the principle of ‘like cures like’. The substance responsible for causing particular symptoms in a healthy person is used to cure those same symptoms in illness. For example, one remedy which might be used in a person suffering from insomnia is coffea, a remedy made from coffee.
Homeopathy can be safely used alongside conventional medicines and will not interfere with the action of medicines prescribed by your doctor.
Sound Therapy
Sound is in constant motion and the laws governing Quantum Physics has demonstrated that everything in the universe is made up of vibrational fields. Sound is recognised as the most important form of vibrational energy and vibration from any source can have both beneficial and detrimental effects to our well-being as a whole. Tuning fork therapy focuses sound, generated by the forks, on various parts of the body to help establish a new pattern of balance, erasing the detrimental patterns caused by the negative resonance of ill health.
